• Account details (name, email, phone number, company name)
• CRM data entered by your team (contacts, notes, leads, call records, messages)
• Device contact list (Android app): With your permission and consent, our Android app reads the contacts saved on your phone (names, phone numbers, email addresses and contact photos). Contact names and phone numbers are uploaded to Salesmax servers to find contacts already in your CRM and to match your business calls with your CRM leads, including when the app runs in the background. For contacts you choose to import or invite, we also upload their email addresses and contact photos to create leads or send workspace invitations. Contact details are stored only when they are imported as leads, matched to an existing lead, or used for an invitation you send.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and improve the Salesmax.ai platform

• Match phone contacts with CRM leads and show saved contact names on business calls, import contacts you select as leads, and send workspace invitations you request (Android app, with your permission)
• Send service updates and important notices
• Monitor platform security and prevent abuse

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data:

• With trusted vendors and service providers who help run our platform
• To comply with legal requirements or valid government requests
• In case of a merger, acquisition, or business transfer

Contact list data collected by our Android app is never sold and is not used for advertising.

We use appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data. While no system is completely secure, we continuously improve our security controls to reduce risk.

5. Data Retention

We retain data as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

You can stop contact list collection at any time by turning off the Contacts permission for Salesmax in your phone settings. Contact data already stored in your workspace is handled under our data retention and deletion terms above.
