Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Salesmax, we strive to provide reliable and transparent service to all our clients. Please read the following policy carefully to understand the terms related to cancellations, renewals, and refunds.

1. Subscription Renewals

All subscriptions (quarterly, half-yearly, and annual) renew automatically on their scheduled renewal date based on the original date of purchase. The selected billing method will be charged automatically at the start of each new billing cycle.

2. Cancellation Process

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by emailing a notice to: admin@salesmax.ai. To avoid renewal charges, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 15 days prior to the end of the current billing period.

Upon cancellation and account deletion, all associated data will be permanently deleted from our servers. This action is irreversible, and we encourage you to back up your data beforehand.

3. Refund Policy

Salesmax does not offer refunds for any partial use, mid-term cancellations, or unused subscription periods. Fees paid for the current billing period are non-refundable.

If you choose to discontinue use of the service before your subscription term ends, no refund or credit will be issued for the unused period.

4. Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. However, no pro-rata adjustments or refunds will be provided for the current billing period.

5. Suspension & Termination

Salesmax reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at its sole discretion, especially in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of our terms of service. In such cases, any fees paid are non-refundable.

6. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the Salesmax service, with or without notice, at any time.
