By creating an account or using Salesmax.ai, you confirm that you are authorized to represent your business and agree to comply with these Terms and applicable laws.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and access controls.
  • You are liable for activities under your account unless unauthorized use is reported promptly.

3. Subscription, Billing, and Payments

  • Salesmax.ai is offered on paid subscription plans unless otherwise stated.
  • Pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms are displayed at the time of purchase.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly mentioned in writing.
  • Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of service access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive activities
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the platform beyond intended usage
  • Upload malicious code, spam, or content that infringes third-party rights

We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating acceptable use rules.

All software, branding, content, and underlying technology of Salesmax.ai remain the property of the Company or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service during your subscription.

You retain ownership of your business data. We process your data according to our Privacy Policy. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of non-public information shared during use of the Service.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or misuse the platform.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
